My personal strength is my mindfulness and sensitivity for the needs and concerns of the people I work with, as well as my enthusiasm, positive attitude and unending motivation to create extraordinary moments. I am a nimble thinker, which helps me adapt instantly to last minute changes.  I am reliably and work with one hundred percent focus on the results aimed for.

Due to my own experiences in a wide range of movement such as stunt, dance, combat, personal fitness training and thai yoga bodywork I developed a keen eye for motion analysis which enables me to give a highly professional, precise and easily comprehensible feedback to my clients, irrespectively of their prior specialized knowledge.

I’m a certified mental health first aider and focus my support on my clients in order to help them accomplish their best possible performance in a safe and comfortable environment, even if the time is short, so they can shine at the moment when movement skills are required.
